We ship to all fifty states from Jackson, California. Tailoring travels folded in a garment bag, never crushed into a mailer.
When your order leaves us
Orders placed before 2pm pacific on a working day go out the same day, once we have your size. Anything later goes the next morning, and weekend orders leave on Monday. You get a tracking number by email when the label is made.
Tell us your size
Each product is a single item, so please write your size in the order notes at checkout, for example chest 40 regular, collar 15.5 or waist 34 leg 32. If you forget, we email you before we pack anything. We never guess a size.
How long it takes
- West coast: two to four working days
- Mountain and central states: three to five working days
- East coast: four to six working days
- Alaska and Hawaii: six to ten working days
These are the carrier's times, not a promise we control. If you need something for a date, tell us in the order notes and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
How it is packed
Suits, jackets and coats travel folded once in a breathable garment bag inside a flat box, so they arrive ready to hang. Shirts are folded on card. Shoes come in their box with dust bags. Hang tailoring as soon as it arrives and any fold from the journey drops out within a day.

Addresses we ship to
Residential and business addresses in all fifty states, including PO boxes for smaller items. We do not ship outside the United States at the moment.
Changing an address
Free if the order has not shipped. Once the label exists the carrier charges a redirection fee and that gets passed on.
