These are most of what we answer, and we are happy to. Send us your chest, collar, waist and inside leg in inches, your height, and the size you usually buy elsewhere. We will tell you which size to order before you pay.

How fast we answer
Email is usually answered within a few hours and always within one working day. The phone is answered at any hour, including weekends. If nobody picks up, leave a number and we call back the same day.
Weddings and groups
Dressing a groom and groomsmen, or a team for an event? Email us with the date, the number of people and their sizes. We can hold stock, match pieces across the group and make sure everything arrives in time.
Visiting
The Jackson address is where we pack orders rather than a shop, so there is no fitting room. If you are local and want to try something on, call us first and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
