Refund & Cancellation

Free size exchanges within thirty days. Refunds on anything unworn with its tags. Faults put right without argument.

Cancelling an order

If it has not shipped, tell us and we cancel with a full refund. Once it has gone out, it becomes a return.

Wrong size

Send it back within thirty days of delivery, unworn with the tags on, and we send the size you need. We pay the postage both ways on a size exchange. If the new size is out of stock, we refund you instead.

Changing your mind

Anything unworn, unwashed and with its tags on can come back within thirty days for a refund. Shoes must be tried on indoors only, with no marks on the soles. Return postage on a change of mind is paid by you. Email us first and we send return instructions.

Things we cannot take back

• Anything worn outside, washed, altered or with the tags removed
• Trousers sent with unfinished hems at your request, once they have been hemmed
• Socks, for hygiene reasons, unless still sealed in their packaging

Faults

If a seam opens, a button comes away or a shoe fails in normal wear within twelve months, tell us with a photo. We repair it, replace it or refund it, and we pay the postage. This does not cover normal wear, moth damage, or damage from washing something that says dry clean only.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within two working days of the return arriving and being checked. Your bank then takes three to five working days, sometimes up to ten. On a change of mind return we refund the goods, not the original shipping, unless the return is because of our mistake.

Sets

The Complete Black Tie Set is priced as a set. You can return the whole set, or exchange any piece in it for a different size. We cannot refund part of the set on its own.
