We collect what we need to send you an order and get the size right. Nothing more, and we do not sell any of it.

What we collect

• Your name, delivery address, billing address, email and phone number when you order
• What you ordered and what you paid
• Your sizes and measurements, if you send them to us
• Anything you write to us or tell us on the phone
• Basic information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed

What we do not hold

We never see or store your full card number. Payments go through Shopify Payments and the other providers offered at checkout, who take the card details directly.

Why we hold it

To deliver your order in the right size, send confirmations and tracking, handle exchanges and returns, keep the tax records the law requires and spot fraudulent orders. We keep your sizes with your account so your next order is quicker, and we delete them if you ask.

Who else sees it

• Shopify, which runs the store
• The payment provider you choose
• The carrier, who gets the name, address and phone number
• Our email provider

We do not sell your details, rent them or share them for advertising. We only disclose anything else if the law requires it.

Marketing email

Only if you tick the box asking for it, and every email has a working unsubscribe link. Order and shipping emails keep coming either way.

Cookies

The store uses cookies to keep your basket working, remember that you are signed in and count visits. You can block or clear them in your browser, but the basket will not work without them.

Your rights in California

We are a California business and California residents have rights under state law. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell or share personal information, so that last one is already the case, and we will never treat you differently for asking.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years because tax rules require it. Sizes until you ask us to delete them or close your account. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Email conversations for two years.

Your choices

Write to us to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop marketing. We reply within thirty days and there is no charge.

Children

The store is not meant for children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top, and we email account holders about significant changes.
